Pick your size, then send the reservation form or call (608) 412-4263. We help you choose the right unit, confirm availability and get your account ready. No. All rentals are month-to-month, so you can rent for one month and stay as long as you need. ### What do I need to rent a storage unit? A valid photo ID such as a driver's license or passport is all you need. ### Can I move in the same day I reserve? Yes. Once your reservation is confirmed, you can move in right away. ### How do I cancel or move out? Just contact us to cancel or transfer your unit. There are no cancellation fees. ## Unit types & sizing ### What sizes of storage units do you have? We have 75 drive-up units in three sizes: [10x20](https://sparksselfstoragellc.com/storage-units/10x20/) (200 sq ft), [10x30](https://sparksselfstoragellc.com/storage-units/10x30/) (300 sq ft) and [10x40](https://sparksselfstoragellc.com/storage-units/10x40/) (400 sq ft). ### How much does a storage unit cost? Yes. Our units are ground-level with drive-up access, so you can load and unload straight from your vehicle. ### Can I switch to a different size after I rent? Yes. Depending on availability, you can transfer to a different size at any time. ### How tall are the units? Most units have 8- to 10-foot ceilings, with room for tall items and stacked boxes. ## Vehicle, boat & trailer storage ### Can I store a car, trailer or boat? Yes. Our drive-up 10x20, 10x30 and 10x40 units fit many cars, trailers, boats, work equipment and other large items, and larger outdoor spaces are available for vehicles. Yes - 24/7 access is available on request for an additional fee. Ask about it when you rent. ### What security do you have? Video surveillance monitors the property around the clock, and the facility has controlled keypad access and bright lighting. The property is well-maintained and well-lit. ### Do you provide a lock? Yes. A free disc lock is provided with every new rental. ## Packing & storage tips ### How should I pack my unit? Stack boxes by weight, use shelves and keep a small walkway so you can reach everything. Wrap furniture in blankets or covers and keep items off the floor. Use airtight containers and moisture absorbers, and never store food. ## Policies & payments ### How do I pay? Pay by credit or debit card or ACH bank transfer. You can set up automatic payments or call (608) 412-4263 to pay over the phone. ### Do you charge a security deposit? No security deposit is required. Contact us for current move-in details and any applicable fees. ### What if I miss a payment? You'll receive reminders before late fees apply.
